{a month in photos} october.

Hey guys, sorry it's been a while. Things have gotten crazy at work because we had to double up on issues because of the upcoming Christmas break! I haven't had any break times to post a blog until today. It's been crazy at home too, what with throwing a Halloween party and Riley doesn't want to sleep during the day so it makes for a very fussy baby in the evening. He's four months old now and I'll be posting another letter to him soon, so watch out for that.

Also, I must confess, most of my free, non-baby time has been consumed with the fervent reading of Twilight books. What can I say, I got hooked! I'm in the middle of Breaking Dawn and nearing the end of this vampiric journey, but I do have to say, no matter how silly they are, these books have reignited the spark for my love of reading. The only problem with that, however, is how time consuming it is when you can't put a book down.

No progress on Hobbes, as of yet, but I hope to finish him by Christmas and wrap him up for the Bug open. I'm so excited for the holiday season! For now, please enjoy the month of October:

1. Riley loves bath time! 2. I took the morning off on the 13th and enjoyed the scenery. 3. Riley fell sleep at the pumpkin patch we visted. 4. We never made it to the pumpkins, but we watched a milking demo that reminded me way too much of breast feeding. 5. It was too hot for October so Ryan had to disrobe. 6. We had a Halloween party with yummy food! 7. Kelly came over early to help with Riley.

8. Table scape! The part was SNL themed and so was the food. 9. Riley was dressed up as the baby from "The Creep" digital short. 10. Everyone had a great time!
